Return & Exchange Policy
1-Return window
You may return any purchase within 4 days of receiving it, provided the item is still sealed and in its original condition.
2-Product condition
Returns must include the original outer carton, with the bottle intact, unused, and undamaged.
3-Eligibility
Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange.
4-Defective or damaged items
If your order arrives defective or damaged, contact our Customer Care team within 4 days of delivery. We’ll cover return shipping and replace the item free of charge.
5-How to start a return
Reach out to Customer Care to arrange the return method and provide the requested information.
6-Shipping costs
For returns not related to defects, the customer pays return shipping charges. For defective items, ANAS covers all shipping costs.
